Facing the Future RS, son of For My Pleasure, attracted everyone's attention in Vechta at the beginning of the year and left the Oldenburg Stallion Show as reserve champion! Now a three-year-old, he took part in the 50-day test and was once again reserve champion. With a jumping-focused final score of 8.51, he prevailed against a large field of competitors, some of whom were older stallions.

The commentary highlighted his good free jumping, in which he was one of the best. He received a 9 for overall impression, as well as for interior, character and willingness to perform. His canter was rated 8.5, as were his ability and manner.
